  • Tell me the story of YOU.

From this evaluation we can better understand what things in your life are pulling you away from being the YOU you wish to be, living the life you’re meant to.

Taking an integrative, whole-person approach to mental health care, we will look at your WHOLE story.

  • Recovery is a long-term process. MAT provides individuals with the tools and support they need to regain control of their lives, reduce harm, reduce risk of relapse and overdose, and work toward long-term recovery. MAT is a humane and evidence-driven approach that acknowledges that recovery from addiction is a journey that can be facilitated through a combination of medication, therapy, and support.

  • You are not an addict, you are a person seeking treatment for substance use disorder. There are many medications out there that can be helpful in the pursuit of this, if we decide that would be beneficial in your situation. The point of these medications is not to “fix you”, but to balance the chemical chaos in your brain; creating space to allow new pathways to form…the real work of recovery.

  • Spravato can have a rapid antidepressant response and is the first new mechanism of action to treat depression that has come out in over 30 years. Evening and Saturday appointments available.

  • Meet virtually or in-person, evening and weekend hours available.
