Comprehensive Psychiatric & Addiction Treatment Services
Jami Cecil
-
a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I have been in nursing for 20+ years, and while psych is where I live and thrive, the ER will always have a piece of my heart…that’s called PTSD.
-
drawing from my personal experiences and professional journey, I am grateful to be part of a profession that allows me to offer others the same compassion and encouragement that has positively impacted my life.

DELTA MHS
-
I believe that people have the ability to heal, themselves and each other.
Throughout my life and career, I have witnessed the transformative power of genuine support, empathy, and hope in guiding individuals back to their authentic selves.
I firmly believe that each person possesses the innate ability to reclaim their identity and recognize their true potential.
-
rooted in the belief that the power to heal, change and grow is already and always within each of us guides my approach to psychiatric care.
a (compassionately) direct communicator with a laid back style, I do not give enough fucks to take offense easily. Having been on the other side of the desk, and towed “the line” when it came to being appropriate - without being an ass.
i am here to walk alongside you on a journey that will hopefully change your life. I will offer my experience, education and story along the way, as we create a plan and you take the first steps towards finding yourself, again, or for the very first time.
-
it would be an honour to walk beside you as many have done for me, where we will:
= navigate the darkness, together,
= rediscover your authentic self,
= foster hope within you,
= experience personal transformation,
= build resilience towards lasting recovery, and
= attain a life of well-being and fulfilment.not all rock bottoms look the same; the details do not matter as it can be the beginning or something incredible if you let it.
get unstuck -
you are worth it.
at DELTA MHS you will be safe, seen, & heard
“I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless. I will not fix you. You are not broken. Not heal you. For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.”
